MM&EE 5

MM&EE level 5 is split into 5 weekend sessions representing the elemental forces of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Void.

In levels 1-4 we have learned all the basic techniques needed to work with the energy of our own and others bodies, to enter into and work with the Void.

Now its time to step out of the Classroom.

In Level 5 we embark on a series of workshops, each designed to powerfully open and integrate the associated chakra.

We’ll use the different elemental energies and primal emotion techniques for Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Void,  to open, root and balance each center, bringing them fully on-line for integrated use in everyday life.
