The Lightning Paths is a series of workshops taking you through seven levels of development based on the research by Dr Glenn Morris of highly effective meditation and esoteric energy techniques, cherry picked from a variety of martial arts, healing therapies and shamanistic traditions.
Workshop Level I is designed to stand alone and is heavily front-loaded with techniques that will serve you for the rest of your life. You then decide whether you wish to go further down the rabbit hole.
Teacher: Dan Kahn, MSc, MA, BETD, has over 20 years of energy and meditation experience and is a qualified meditation and bio-energy therapist instructor.

Level II – 29th-30th October 2011
Enhanced techniques for DaMo's Cave visualisation technique for self development. - put your subconscious to use.
Chakra diagnostics - use your energy body to tell you about your physical, mental and emotional health
Use of Sexual energy – energy for fun and relationship enhancement
Basic energy balancing and healing
Secret sword and soul merging techniques
Energy massage and healing techniques
Advanced breathing techniques
Level III – 26th-27th November 2011
Tools, techniques and concepts that you need for encountering entities in the greater consciousness and navigating ‘The Void’ safely, effectively, usefully and respectfully. Theory and practice.
Manage and raise your Kundalini energy more potently using advanced energy management techniques
Raise power via applied emotional techniques
Mediate power via your heart centre
Journey safely using a variety of techniques
Recognise and interact appropriately with several classes of entities
Have the opportunity to interact with a powerful egregore and make a limited duration alliance
Use shape shifting and bi-location to gather information for self and others
Protect and ward self and others while journeying
Use 3 methods to diagnose and confirm information you receive, including basic divination and dowsing
Experience group energy flushing
Apply what you learn in inter-dimensional diplomacy strategies to your everyday life
Especially for healers - Diagnostic skills, distance healing, self-decontamination, engagement with healing egregores
Level IV – Early 2012 – dates TBC
Review and enhancements of techniques learnt on Level III.
Taking it into the field – Adventures in the woods and at The British Museum! Working with energies in nature and ancient civilisations.
