Level V: Earth

Easter Weekend

22-25th April

It is likely that the Friday will be a rendezvous day, the weekend the
workshop intensive and Monday dispersal.

Location: TBC – we’re looking at a set of caves in London though!

Here’s the blurb from the last time we ran the workshop – we may tweak some
of the syllabus for the next one J

Meditation Mastery & Esoteric Energy Level V – The Earth Session.

"Get a ROOT, Get a LIFE!"

In levels 1-4 we have learned all the basic techniques needed to work with
the energy of our own and others bodies, to enter into and work with the
Void.

Now its time to step out of the Classroom.

In Level 5 we embark on a series of workshops, each designed to powerfully
open and integrate the associated chakra.

We’ll use the different elemental energies and primal emotion techniques for
Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Void, to open, root and balance each centre,
bringing them fully on-line for integrated use in everyday life.

For the Earth-Root chakra work or "Bio-Survival Circuit Training" we will
use such potent methods as:

* 5 Step Sensory Enhancement
* Reptile Brain Triggering
* Volcano/Void Breath
* 7 Pulse Chakra Balancing
* Gravity-Well Rooting
* Slowing Time
* Web of Life Communing
* Working with Boundaries, Gates and Veils
* Subsonics

As well as learning the ancient European techniques of:

* Utiseta / Sitja á Haugi
* Drawing up Might and Mægen
* Learning from the Ancestors
* Libations, Landwights and Locals
* The Art and Science of Flyting and Holmgang

Level VI

June 17-22nd

Level 6: Application/Infiltration - how to use all the MM&EE techniques we
have learnt thus far in your work, home, etc Bringing all the skills
together and applying them practically in the environment.

Location: Currently looking at a haunted castle up in Scotland
